MY BOOKS

Pagosa Cliffs

The Pagosa Cliffs Series actually started with Blue Butterflies and a dare. "Write a story using five overused cliches/tropes then twist them into something off-trope in a genre you dislike or have never written in." I got Romance/Chick Lit for genre, and my five :
1) Athlete, 2) Millionaire, 3) Bachelor Party/Wedding gone wrong, 4) twin babies, 5) mafia.
Then came Milli's storyline (Anemones) and the Pagosa County Sheriffs stories (Stars). Through the theme of surviving trauma and making the choice between "Becoming Bitter or BETTER", Pagosa Cliffs has become a real feeling place with relatable characters that are beloved by many and is now being published by Editingle Indie House, whom I can't thank enough for taking a chance on Pagosa Cliffs and this brain damaged Mama.
For now the original rough drafts are on Inkitt or Wattpad.
The time line of the series runs like this:

Tarnished Stars
Red Velvet and Anemones (on Amazon July 2020)
The Wild Anemone
Some Anemones are Blue <-> Blue Butterflies
Anemones in the Wind & The Windflowers <-> Windswept Stars
Stars Over Pagosa

The Devoted Sisters Series has two stories.

The first is the story of the Austin sisters, Bernadette and Beatrix in Steamer's Tea and Coffee House now on Amazon and available on Kindle. Bernie and Trixie survived their alcoholic mother's mistakes but when Trixie repeats them, can Bernie forgive her? And will they survive the new threat, Trixie's mistakes bring into their lives?

The Flame Burning Within is the second Devoted Sisters about Lahni and Maisy. Two sisters on the run from their traditionalist mother, and the threat from the eldest's arranged marriage to the son of a cartel money man. Lahni will do anything to save her younger sister and escape her suffering. What happens after they flee, especially when they discover the reason they fled may be based on a lie and a misunderstanding? Can they forgive and move forward or will their pain burn them from within?

Relic of Time Wars

The Relic of Time Wars series is by far my largest collection spanning over one million words. Beginning with the first book, War of Prophecies, which I wrote after my stroke as part of my language recovery. My daughters, the minionettes, helped me so much. It was something we could do together when I could do nothing else. I have gone back and rewritten the earlier books over the last year and am finishing the last book now and even written a prequel and postquel called The Huntsman of Adamos. The entire series in draft form can be found on Inkitt and Wattpad.

The last sons of the Aetherian high house of Adamos, semi-immortals Karstien and Damien were born to rule together, destined to defeat the Shadow followers and the deity, The Devourer together. The Light blessed them, Karstien was a great warrior with magic and a noble heart, Damien was a great mage with the gift of soul healing. They were raised by the Mage-Oracle High Lord Adamos the fourth and their father, the Last Guardian High Lord Kaleth of the House of Adamos.
They will rule a kingdom of a thousand years plus ten thousand years...
But there was all a warning in the Prophecies of Lady Yllumina of Yophriel;
If a son of Adamos should fall into Shadow, it will cost his father his heart thrice...
There were those who sought to return the worship of the Shadows and the power of the Blood Mages. They planted a dark seed in Damien's heart when he was still a child and on the day after their Grandfather's Death, Damien declared war on his brother. The beginning of a conflict that would span from one era to another, repeating until the last conflict when the last Oracle would come.
Human scientists, Davin Jeong, Ezra Ferrel, and Daisy Cane figured them out and must chose sides when they are caught in the web of Damien's modern corporate empire. The fate of the future, their world, and the human race depends on them in the past and present wars between the Light and the Shadow.
They have to stop the Devouerer before it escapes to ravage the overworld... If Daisy and Davin can find a way...
Meanwhile Karstien and his Princess Allura try to build a kingdom to light to be a beacon of hope to counter the rising empire of shadows before Karstien and Damien face off in a final battle for the fate of everything. Jumping through time with an ancient Aetherian relic only Dr. Cane understands is the easy part... surviving wars, witches, zombies, and corrupt politicians, assassins, and those who would seen all life, light, and love in the galaxy consumed by an extra-dimension Hunger, not so much.

The Huntsman of Adamos series is both prequel and postquel to the Relic of Time Wars.
Lord Yurieth was the firstborn son of the High House of Adamos, born to the Oracle Lord Adamos the fourth and Lady Yllumina of Yophriel, the last High Oracle. But the Magic of the Pools of Destiny changed him, and instead of being a warrior or an oracle, Yurieth was a Huntsman. The first in either of his houses. He struggled to accept he would not follow his family's legacy and relentless sought to prove himself... But in the end, his own misguided honor and willfulness was his greatest enemy. He spent almost a thousand years at war with the Xelusian kingdom and their Blood Mages and Siren priestesses. He sacrifice everything, and almost his soul. Victory and peace, did little to easy his burden, especially when his parents' visions revealed a new threat, confirmed by a time traveling warrior-oracle, Lady Daisy of the House of Adamos: the widow of Yurieth's unborn brother Kaleth and Yurieth's sealed one.

Ghost With...

Ghost with Cats

by M.M. Ward

Dr. Anneliese ‘Annie’ Winters-Dove isn't your usual semi-reclusive ghostwriter with PTSD and cats, in fact she’s never actually owned a cat. They just find her as she struggles to live within her rules. But her rules aren’t enough when the ghosts of Christmas Past come back and bring trouble. This December's trouble started with her dead parent's experimental energy research, Project Pandora, almost a decade ago. The holidays are supposed to be a time to remember when life was simple and happy, right?  Not for Annie, and her rules don’t apply to being on the run with three aliens from Omni-Energy Mercenaries, or do they?
